I travel a lot and this app helps me find lounges quickly and easily. Lounge buddy is my travel companion now. Great app!

First of, the app is very useful especially when you have multiple credit cards and elite statuses. There have been a few times that I did not realize I had access to a nearby lounge until I checked the app. The interface is very intuitive and slick. Whats even more impressive is their customer service. I thought I had an issue with the app not displaying something correctly, so I emailed the support team. To my surprise, I received a very detailed response from Greg within a few hours, and this was on a weekend. We finally figured out the issue and it was my mistake, but I was so impressed with their responsiveness. Highly recommend.

This is the greatest airport app. Ever. If you travel a lot and dont have it then you are messing up!

Unhappy with this redesign. You took a great app into a harder to navigate and less productive app. We business travelers use lounges to be productive...to make this harder is counterintuitive. First review: I do love this app for finding the best lounge in any airport. Makes it easy to filter out any lounges you cant use with your lounge status or credit cards. Always being updated to new lounges too!

Downloaded this app and started getting spammed almost immediately. Untrustworthy, unsubscribed, but worrisome...

Love this app. Super helpful and solves an annoying problem in travel.

Used to be great with terrific UX but now they just want you to buy lounge access and they first present you this option even though you are entitled to free access lounges with your mileage card. I would rather prefer paying for this app but not having to be annoyed with this. And please fix add trip workflow!!!

This app does what it purports to do, which is help you learn about, locate, and get access to airport lounges along your route. The app has a clean design and is easy to use.

I was traveling through BNA and EWR and looked up the common lounges in the app so I could buy a day pass and have access at both locations. It gave me Admirals club as accessible lounge so I bought it. I was flying Southwest from Nashville and it was correct information but in Newark it is inaccessible even bough the app shows accessible. Id included all my flight information to the account as needed. I would suggest to improve this as it becomes very inconvenient and ruins all plans. I would research in Google and have more specific information than using this app. I do not like to waste and this app wasted my time and money. I would not recommend it.

At its core, this app does a great job at simplifying a basic, yet complicated question: for my particular set of statuses and memberships, exactly which lounge can I get into at this airport?! The app works great for that purpose. However, unless you have the benefit of integrating with Concur, youre left hand-entering your itinerary, which I found to be a bit clunky. But at the end of the day, its not too bad, and you get the info you need. Still worth a download, and definitely worth the price!

The app is crashing on the IPhone!!!

Was really excited about this app, but the UX for adding/editing trips is pretty horrific. Any mistakes you make cannot be fixed, so you have to delete the trip and start over (accidentally added an extra leg, wrong airline, etc). Requires way too many taps to complete common actions. Really hope these kinks get worked out, as the Priority Pass app is still stuck in the pre-retina 3.5" screen days.

I bet this would come in handy if I could auto-import itineraries direct from Tripit, but I cant.

... and works when it does - but mostly just hangs. Slow! Slow!! Slow!!! BTW, did I mention it is the slowest app Ive ever used? P.S. One more thing - The app just isnt very fast :-)

Very user friendly Very complete Very useful. Im finally able to use the airport lounges anywhere in the world, no stress.

You have to have an email verification code sent to link account. Code is only good for one hour, and they send the code an hour and a half later! Tried 3x! Waste of time.

Upon updating the app it now closes/crashes every time I try to open it. It also now fails to update on the iwatch. Great app, bad update...

I love this app, but since the update it crashes immediately upon opening it. Please fix this guys.

Im in the middle of an international trip, and this app let me down with recent update as it crashes on startup. Ridiculous.
