Awesome app, impressive customer support

First of, the app is very useful especially when you have multiple credit cards and elite statuses. There have been a few times that I did not realize I had access to a nearby lounge until I checked the app. The interface is very intuitive and slick.
Whats even more impressive is their customer service. I thought I had an issue with the app not displaying something correctly, so I emailed the support team. To my surprise, I received a very detailed response from Greg within a few hours, and this was on a weekend. We finally figured out the issue and it was my mistake, but I was so impressed with their responsiveness. Highly recommend.
