App crashes after fetching data on current version. Tried rebooting but crashes every time.

This is one of my essential travel apps. I used to research lounges, make notes, then fumble around to find my notes or printouts. And if I was re-routed to a different airport, I had to scramble. Now I just consult this app, which blessedly works offline. Ive notified them of a few errors, and these have been fixed within hours. This app keeps getting better and better. Kudos to LoungeBuddy for making travel more pleasant and efficient.

I do love using this app and it does have great reviews, costs and up to date data but when first came out it was slim, simple and fast. Now its getting bloated with excess that doesnt help the traveler but instead wastes time. I just want to know the lounges available and if I can get into them. Cut the fluff.

Great design and app experience. Especially great for business travelers.

Its been a year and a generation of iPhones and still no larger screen size support from Lounge Buddy. Thats ridiculous.

Seriously, you dont support the full resolution of iPhone 6 even after almost a year since it was released...? I like this app but its quite disappointing

I love this app! Ive used it countless times both for lounge access purchase and to determine what lounges are near me. It lists out all the lounges at an airport and then determines how to access or if you already have access. The UI is beautiful and super easy to use. Thanks LoungeBuddy!

The app is extremely buggy and crashes all the time on iOS9. Also the UI is really confusing since it doesnt follow Apples design patterns. Cant add a trip; wont find airports. Cant add credit card, wont allow search and add. uninstalled.

I used to like this app and then hadnt used it in awhile as I wasnt traveling as much. Recently started up again and theyve managed to make this more about finding lounges you can pay to get into rather than whats available. Pretty worthless.

Good resource, but is seriously lacking in iPhone 6+ resolution support. You add support for iOS 9 but dont add compatibility for resolution? Its literally a simple fix, just add the correct launch image in Xcode!

This used to be my favorite travel app. Now, it gets stuck at the splash screen indefinitely. Please fix this.

This used to be a great service, back when the app was simple and fast. First it got bloated, and now its crashing at launch so its totally worthless. Lounge buddy, if youre reading this, youve lost your way. Simple, fast, and reliable is better than slow, bloated and buggy.

Just what the business traveller needs: fast, relevant lounges. Bam, done. Interface is as fast as youd want it. In app purchases work. Pricey, though.

I thought this would be a great resource - but no. I entered my accounts and the app was immediately incorrect as to which lounges I get for free. So I deleted it. Still looking for a good solution here.

As a very frequent flier, I find LoungeBuddy indispensable. With the American Airlines - US Airways merger, traveling on different airlines and especially traveling outside the US, they make finding the right club easy. I like that I can put in my elite status, airlines, credit cards - and they figure out which clubs I qualify for. … a fan

There are long standing bugs that prevent regular usage. Ridiculous that the developer has failed to address them for so long.

Im a longtime user and the app has been super helpful figuring out what I can access in new airports. New app features have been genuinely useful even for someone who isnt going to be buying lounge passes. The latest update with a re-designed trip creation process is easier to navigate, Im happy to see that. The team has been great in response to feedback -- every time Ive sent comments, even for something they couldnt immediately address, I got a prompt response with an explanation. Good work, folks.

I downloaded this app 3 years ago and deleted it quickly thereafter. The trouble began when I realized that the "unsubscribe" button on their emails was just for show. Ive unsubscribed about 5 times now, but I still get more emails after a few months have gone by. One star. End of review.

I’ve been a LoungeBuddy app user for about two years and have seen the evolution of the app. I travel frequently on business and I use the app to quickly find the right lounge. The ability to input your airline status, membership and credit card statuses allows the app to find all the complimentary lounges that you can access. Plus the new in-app purchase at lounges is a great way to book the lounge before you fly or during taxiing if you have a connection. I would love it is LB included the latest airport maps inside their app to direct me from my gate to the right lounge. (Hint: Locus Labs)
